Now, we have reached another important milestone in the history of our company.

We are pleased to inform you that earlier this week SBRS GmbH has been acquired by Shell.

Becoming part of Shell will help us strengthen our end-to-end offer of integrated charging options. These include charging solutions for business customers, a wide range of AC and DC fast charging hardware, specialised proprietary software, and most importantly operations and maintenance at business premises such as logistic parks, homes and on the go. This coupled with solution design and consulting will help us provide our customers with an optimal charging strategy that would address their current needs and be fit for the future.
