New electric buses for Gera run with SBRS charging infrastructure

On Wednesday, the GVB Verkehrs- und Betriebsgesellschaft Gera celebrated the commissioning of our charging infrastructure as well as two buses of MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH.

The Thuringian Minister for the Environment, Energy and Nature Bernhard Stengele and the Lord Mayor of Gera Julian Vonarb attended the ceremony.

At the request of our customer, a smaller outdoor housing was developed for the six charging points in order to adapt to the structural conditions of the depot.

The EVA400-Flex-100ID chargers are designed with a maximum charging power of 120 kW. The plug-in charging of the buses is carried out via a cable unwinding system mounted on the hall ceiling.
