PowerHub 500
Built to reduce costs from day one, liquid-cooled advanced power module technology delivers efficient charging (with target efficiency of up to 97%), lowering energy consumption while reducing maintenance and replacement costs over time. Designed for more than 10 years of heavy-duty use, with no planned power module replacements.
Shell PowerPack 500
Add PowerOS, PowerCare and Shell Card and the financial case strengthens further. Intelligent CPMS scheduling optimises energy use across every charge point. Phased rollout spreads CAPEX as your fleet grows. One contract covering everything means less admin, fewer suppliers and no hidden costs.
Shell's integrated charging network for heavy-duty fleets
Connect to Shell’s integrated European heavy-duty charging network and unlock the full commercial potential of your infrastructure.
Up to 10% lower TCO versus diesel²
Enabled through Shell’s integrated charging network, shared infrastructure model and revenue generation via Shell Card.
Your depot. Shell's Recharge network. One Shell Card.
PowerPack 500 gives your fleet direct access to Shell’s integrated heavy-duty EV charging network across Europe connecting your private depot infrastructure with public and semi-public charging locations along your regular routes.
With Shell Card included in every bundle, authentication, payment, reimbursements and invoicing are all consolidated in one system. Less admin. Full visibility. Complete control.
² Potential TCO outcomes are based on Shell’s model for a heavy-duty truck operating 116,000 km/year over 5 years, assuming a semi-public, energy-optimised eDepot with 75% private and 25% on-the-go charging. Estimated savings come from third-party eDepot use, Smart Charging energy cost reductions, and preferential network pricing, based on market references (excluding grid upgrades). Actual results will vary by market, vehicle type, and customer-specific factors such as energy prices, infrastructure costs, utilisation, and location.
