Compliance with calibration law for SBRS chargers
Last week, an expert from a notified body has successfully audited the Flex180 All-In-One charger, as well as the Moca charger with 420kW on our DC dispensers (Wallbox500) and ChargeLift (Coolerbox). This is a significant milestone to bring these chargers to market compliance with Eichrecht laws, for which the only step remaining is an audit of the production (Module D).
The audit, which lasted one week, was conducted with the support of a team of power electronics engineers, software developers, and technicians. During the audit, charging cables from three different manufacturers were tested and approved on the devices, along with three methods of authentication.
To permanently handle the maximum current of 500A delivered by the chargers, a special electronic load was designed to simulate an e-truck. The output power was then fed back into the grid, ensuring the process met our sustainability requirements.
A big shout out to the following individuals who contributed to this great success in such a short timeframe!
